Review : Eyeko Face Off Wipes

Received Sherry's mail few days ago. She is so kind to swap some Eyeko Face Off with my Daiso Jewel Eyecolor that is suppose to be given out for free. She even put a small note inside. How lovely! Thanks Sherry!

So if you've read about my FOTD for Cleopatra, you should know how heavy the make up is and I think this is a good time to do review and test this Eyeko Face Off wipes.

The wipe is way too dry to my expectation. It feels like those wet tissues we get from restaurant and it's being exposed for like 10 minutes. It has a light scent which is acceptable for me. I have very very sensitive nose, strong weird scent is no good and I hate those. This is just fine.

So I put the wipe on my eyes to dissolve the make up first because I'm wearing UDPP which I reckon it'll make it harder to wash off. After putting there for 20 seconds, I try wiping it lightly. Sadly, it doesn't really remove much of the make up. Bear in mind that I didn't use mascara or waterproof eyeliner. I guess it's the UDPP. =(

Here is the side I use for my eye make up.

After a hard time of gently rubbing. Yes! I used "rubbing". Sad huh? I turn to the other side for the face. It did remove the face makeup but not totally.

Side for face.

After done almost 90% of the removing, I use cotton pad with Elianto remover and as I expect, there are still quite much of residues.

Overall, it is good for travelling and it's really really gentle and mild. I have very sensitive skin around my eyes and lip, but this is just gentle enough for my skin. Score for this. It didn't leave any weird feeling after using and it dry up quite fast. If you have sensitve skin like me and your make up is light, you can try this.

This is just my opinion, I've seen quite some good review for this. I suppose Eyeko Face Off still worth another chance of trying because my make up today is really too heavy. LoL. I still have 2 more. Will update when I tried out both of them.

That's all for now.

xoxo,
Janice
