Benefit Justine Case

I admit I love make up and I really really hope I can own all the cosmetics in this world. However, sad to say my wallet doesn't allow me to have everything I want. So instead, I started to get palette, make up kit, multipurpose products and festive set!!! This is a good way to save and have all I want in perhaps smaller portion so I can ACTUALLY finish them.

Benefit has always be a brand that I like. They have the idea to name their products in a creative way and of course, this is a good method to make impressions. They have plenty of star products that caught my eyes back during their arrival here in Malaysia but I was too poor to buy them, so I didn't have any Benefit cosmetics with me before this year.

The first Benefit cosmetic I have is their "Justine Case". They call it the Mini Beautifying Kit which contains a cream-to-powder foundation, super fresh minty lip gloss, lip & cheek stain and an eye cream.

All of them are being put in a paper box packaging with a round mirror inside and also a small leaflet explaining all the product's purpose. The paper box packaging have a thin lamination that work as water resistant but if you get too much water in contact with the box, it'll ruin the box too. So remember, don't put your Justine Case in somewhere near water.

Oh! I forgot to tell the cute name of their products. So here's the list and description from the little leaflet.

Foundation : Some Kind-a Gorgeous (The foundation faker)
- This cream-to-powder formula means silky, translucent perfection for your complexion.

Lipgloss : California Kissin' (Smile brightening lip shine)
- Smile pretty wth this minty fresh lip shine!

Lip & Cheek Stain : Benetint (Rose-tinted lip & cheek stain)
- The sexiest flush you can get from a bottle.

Eye Cream : Eyecon (Brightening eye cream)
- Eyecon fades dark circles and smoothes fine lines.

I like the mini packaging of them and they come in really handy. Though the size might look small, it can still be use for quite some times. Isn't they cute?!?! :D

Next, I'll show the swatch. :p

Notice that the cheek stain is spreading and it shows 2 layers. Yes, the first layer spread and dried before I got my camera on. So I've applied another layer on top of it and hurry snap the pic. Looks at the stain. It might look scary but imagine if I've actually patted it nicely and it will definitely look naturally blush on my face. XD

The foundation is really good. It apply as cream foundation and it'll turn into matt powdery finished after it dries. No worries, it won't be cakey unless u put on too much of them. :D

I can't comment on the eye cream cause I haven't using much of it now. I keep forgetting about it. :(

Last but not least, my lips with the lipgloss. This lipgloss is really minty. It reminds me of Wrigley's Mint Chewing Gum!!! It is said to have the power "whitening" your teeth. Nope, not really whitening but it gives illusion that you have whiter teeth because the blue reflecting glitters. I shall warn you, this is only effective for those with really yellow teeth. People like me ain't getting any effect from the blue glitter at all. Haha!!

This kit is retailing at RM149.00 each(or is it RM148?) and is available in all Benefit counters.
